London Cocktail Week - 8-14 October

London Cocktail Week kicks off on Monday 8 October, seven sumptuous days of parties, pop-up bars, tastings, master classes and reduced price cocktails in a whole host of bars and venues across the capital.

LBD Cocktail recipe

35 ml Bloom Dry London Gin 25ml Orange Juice 
15 ml Lemon Juice 
10 ml Gomme 
Handful of fresh mint 
20 ml Strawberry Puree or 2-3 fresh strawberries (depending on availability)
Shake well, strain and serve over crushed ice in a long glass. Garnish with a strawberry and a sprig of mint.
